The image of the individual in the consumer world, the dreamy gaze at the shop window, the mannequin with its ideal measurements looking back, the blurring of the lines between inside and outside – reflections reveal layers that are otherwise hidden, revealing what lies in front, in between and behind. We stare into the shop windows – what stares back?
